Furthermore, we had very specific criteria in the home we were trying to find, and Linda worked tirelessly to provide us with several possibilities. We are loving our new home and that fact that Linda has followed up to make sure we are settling in okay. During that time we never once felt rushed or pushed into a home in order for her to make a sale. We eventually settled on new construction (our first), and again Linda was with us every step of the way as we navigated the whole process. She went to bat for us many times during the entire process, from contract to design to walk-through to closing, to make sure our concerns and issues were handled by the builder. She and her agency really went above and beyond for a couple of builder issues that came up during construction. Thanks to them, we were able to get these resolved to our satisfaction. When it came time to sell our home, Linda's advice really helped us to get the most value for the least amount of investment. The selling process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Through it all, we always appreciated Linda's positive, can-do attitude and sense of humor. We would most definitely use her again and recommend her 100%!

As she got to know us we were able to narrow down neighborhoods and eventually discovered we like the Apex/Cary area best. While we focused mainly on aesthetics she balanced our expectations with knowledge of siding, plumbing, crawlspaces and more. Loved her sense of humor and that she is not afraid to tell it like it is. We appreciated working with someone who was fun to be around during a stressful experience.
